Direct Nutrient Delivery for Hydration and Recovery
IV therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream via a small catheter inserted into a vein, bypassing the digestive system.
Some individuals choose IV infusions as part of their wellness routine to support hydration, recovery after physical activity, or general wellbeing. Athletes, busy professionals and those with demanding lifestyles may find this a convenient and efficient way to receive nutrients.

A Calm, Nurse-Led Experience at Saltuary
Your session is designed to be simple, comfortable and supportive from start to finish.
- Administered by a registered nurse
- You may feel a brief pinch on insertion
- Sessions typically take up to 60 minutes (longer for NAD+ infusions)
- Relax, read, work or unwind during your session
- You will be monitored throughout the treatment
After your infusion, you can usually continue your day as normal. It is recommended to avoid heavy lifting with the same arm for approximately one hour.
Booking Process and Important Information
A Doctor’s script is required once every 12 months and is arranged as part of your booking.
How it works:
- Choose your infusion and book your appointment
- Complete a short questionnaire at least 24 hours prior
- Your information is reviewed by a Medical Doctor who issues your script
If contraindications are identified, a full refund will be provided.
