1 bunch organic kale
4 tsp paprika spice
1⁄2 tsp Himalayan salt
2 tbsp virgin olive, macadamia or extra virgin coconut oil
Mix seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Massage kale pieces with seasoning, coating evenly.
Preheat oven to 120 degree C and bake for about 35 minutes, turning halfway. Store in an airtight container or enjoy immediately.☺
Kale is high in protein, iron and fibre. It contains vitamins A,C and K and is considered an anti inflammatory food due to its fatty acid component. It also contains calcium.
