Fertility Focus

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including Acupuncture, has a long history of treatment for fertility issues in both men and women throughout China and the west. It actively employs a combination of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, along with positive lifestyle changes – eg relaxation and diet.

Acupuncture and Chinese herbs may be able to help with symptoms that arise from imbalances within the gynaecological and reproductive systems. Things like infertility, imbalanced cycles and one of the biggest concerns, stress, can all be positively impacted by these treatments.

Acupuncture is used to modulate lifestyle factors as an important part of the treatment approach. Treatment focused on stress levels, anxiety, sleep and digestive symptoms all help to contribute to a healthier and more fertile body generally.

IVF

Acupuncture is often recommended as an adjunct treatment to assist with IVF treatment. There is continuing research about how acupuncture can assist with the effectiveness of IVF treatment.

Paul is a qualified and very experienced TCM practitioner. He is more than happy to explain how acupuncture can help for you – visit us to find out more!
